He is a co-founder & chief instructor for Stick Fit “Senior Strong ” program since 2012. An accomplished martial artists, over 45 years in Martial-Arts. He is certified Black Belt in karate (Adonai Bushido, 6th Degree Black Belt – Rokudan (2020)), American Kenpo (2nd Degree Black Belt (2011)), and Jujitsu (Shodan, 1st Degree Black Belt, Kodenkan (2013)). He is now more active in the discipline of Tai Chi, and its associated mediation practice of QiGong, Jim has been certified leader in Tai Chi since 2012, also earning other awards ‘The High Understanding Taiji (Tai Ch)’, Training Course, & Certificate of Completion in ‘Live Energy Regulation (QiGong)’, (2018)).
