What is Stick Fit

What is Stick Fit: 

Stick Fit is a fun and enjoyable fitness program that takes a holistic approach to improving one’s overall health (mind, body, and spirit). Comprised of tried and proven techniques borrowed from ancient martial arts as well as modern martial science.  Stick Fit is quickly gaining recognition as the fitness program of the future for both young and old.

Senior Strong: 

A special element of the Stick Fit program has been designed specifically for men and women aged 65 and older. We call the easy-to-learn, low impact, and moderately challenging class “Senior Strong.”  The exercise routines in this class can be done while standing or sitting, this making participation possible for everyone.
