Here at Senior Stick Fit, we want to help seniors understand that Tai Chi is a form of martial arts. Some people may think that Tai Chi is a “soft” discipline, how ever that is a misconception. Tai Chi is all about balance and flexibility. Not only can you practice self-defense, but you will be able to attain balance for your mind, body and spirit. Our training sessions have a strong holistic approach that will benefit you for the coming years.
